What are the prerequisites for using the "Pay in the 2 instalments" or "Pay in 60 days"?

A contract is the only prerequisite for using either the ‘Pay in 2 instalments’ or the ‘Pay in 60 days’ option. Basically, there are no prerequisites besides qualifying to apply for a loan.
